Amazon introduces a feature that evaluates the "quality" of the Brand Store

Amazon introduces a new evaluation of the quality of the Brand Store for brands selling on the platform, offering them an additional opportunity to improve their online presence and increase sales.

The novelty is presented as a dedicated section within the "Information" section of the Brand Store, where an evaluation of the Store is provided based on how many and which elements are present inside. In particular, a box is displayed with:

  • The time of stay of your Brand Store compared to the group of competitors;
  • The number of tips (Amazon best practices) that have been inserted in the Store compared to the group of competitors.

Furthermore, within the section dedicated to the Quality of the brand store, it is possible to find Recommended Actions, with the possibility to filter them by "not completed" and "completed". Amazon also provides supporting data that indicates how the insertion of banners, videos, or texts can increase the average stay time of the Brand Store by X%.

At the bottom of the page, there are also specifications that indicate how Amazon calculates the values for the evaluation of the Brand Store Quality, offering transparency and clarity on the metrics used.
